Last week this time I was at The Venue in Melrose Arch with 94.7 Highveld Stereo
and Real Concerts… And we all went wireless, yet again. Yup, I was busy having a blast while Daniel Baron and Dan Patlansky were rocking out on stage, unplugged (See where I get the “wireless” thing from now? No? Anyways, tally-ho-James)…
With The Venue sold out and a capacity crowd packed in between the stage and available bars, Daniel Baron opened the show with 6 songs from his album, “It’s Time”, with Dan Patlansky showing the crowd what he can do on a guitar… And trust me, this guy can play a guitar, while playing some songs off of his new acoustic album “Wooden Thoughts.”
You missed the show? Well, first of all, shame on you!… But, there are two more events are on the way… Next in the line-up for the 947Unplugged, you can expect:
947Unplugged, what to expect…
What can you expect to receive for your R212 per person? An awesome show with awesome artists and epic vibe. The show starts at about 19:30 and with your singing along, before you know it an hour and a half has gone by and you can go to a meet-and-greet to meet the performing artists of the night and maybe grab a photo together too.
Check out some of the pics below, while you wait for your friends to let you know who will all be joining you to the next 947Unplugged, which will be happening on the 5th May, who will feature Elvis Blue as the main artist for the night.
Check out the 94.7 Highveld Stereo Website for more info, or tweet them at @947highveld. Book your tickets by going to Computicket. And, while you’re at it, follow Daniel Baron and Dan Patlansky for more updates from these awesome two artists
Remember, doors open at 19h00 and the show starts at 19h30… So, who will I be seeing there?
Always remember, give a jackass an education and you’ll have a smartass!
