947Unplugged with Jack Parow and more

This past Sunday I got to attend 94.7 Higveld Stereo’s first show of the 947Unplugged series of shows happening at The Venue in Melrose Arch.

This first event featured Zander Tyler, better known as Jack Parow who took to the stage to perform for his fans in a slightly different setting… An unplugged live session. With an opening act by Die Tuindwergies and an awesome show by the mad hatter, Jack Parow himself, the first night of the 947Unplugged events, in association with Real Concerts, Computicket and The Venue Melrose Arch set off to an epic start.

More events are on the way… So here is what you can expect:

A little inside birdie mentioned that there might be one more gig in the works, but details on that haven’t been released yet

947Unplugged, what to expect…

What can you expect to receive for your R212 per person? An awesome show with awesome artists and epic vibe. The show starts at about 19:30 and with your singing along, before you know it an hour and a half has gone by and you can go to a meet-and-greet to meet the performing artists of the night and maybe grab a photo together too.

Check out some of the pics below, while you wait for your friends to let you know who will all be joining you to the next 947Unplugged, which will be happening on the 21st April, who will feature Dan Patlansky as the main artist and featuring Daniel Baron as the supporting artist.

Check out the 94.7 Highveld Stereo Website for more info, or tweet them at @947highveld

Remember, doors open at 19h00 and the show starts at 19h30… So, who will I be seeing there?

‘Till then…

Always remember, give a jackass an education and you’ll have a smartass!

Signing out.
